He’s the composer with bandmates Chris Von Rohr & Marc Storace of those classics which pushed Krokus to the very top of the Swiss Rock scene. Songs like Bedside Radio, Tokyo Nights, Headhunter and many others still inspire and delight a large quantity of people all over the world.

The Guitarplayer:

To find the perfect guitar sound is a common issue for guitar players. Fernando von Arb has already found his tune a long time ago. It has been covered several times by other bands but has never reached the same level. The original KROKUS guitar sound is only to be heard with Fernando von Arb. Blues, Rock or both at the same time: Fernando von Arb has set standards over decades and is still doing it!

Fernando von Arb worked with the world's greatest rock producers.

Bob Rock (Metallica, Bon Jovi), Bruce Fairbairn, Mike Fraser (AC/DC), Tom Allom (Judas Priest), Tom Werman (Ted Nugent, Mötley Crüe), Michael Wagener (Metallica, Skid Row) and many more.

As a co-producer he is responsible for numerous KROKUS records. Besides that he produced, alias Rob Weiss, with Chris Von Rohr and Juerg Naegeli , the legendary „Metal Marathon“ rock compilations.
